Characteristics:
1) Corrosion resistance:Salt spray test: 1)epoxy coated aluminum foil:500 Hours,class 8 in PH<7;
2) Hydrophilic aluminum foil:500 Hours,class 9.5 in PH=7.
2) Hydrophilicity:Primary contact angle 10°;Continuous contact angle:20°.
3) Adherence strength:Erichsen test(pressed depth 5mm),no peeling off;Gridding test(100/100):No separating.
4) Oil proof:Dipped in volatile oil for 24 hours,no blister on the coating layer.
5) No strange odor.
6) Abrasion to mold:The same as ordinary aluminum foil.
